Guarantee

Standard warranty:


- warranty period of 5.000 of manhours, not longer however than 24 months from the date of sale of a fan.

  • In case of the above warranty, the customer is obliged to:
    • carry out the register of fan’s operation time in a maintenance book.
    • carry out obligatory inspections as recommended in the Operation and Maintenance Manual.
    • in the warranty period only the activities detailed in the scope of warranty inspection, not requiring the fan’s disassembly (lubrication, cleaning of impeller, tightening of screws, measurement of vibrations...) are allowed to be performed by an user.
    • any other repairs requiring any intervention in a drive system and rotating elements of a fan shall be made by the producer’s authorised service.

  • In the warranty period, the producer’s authorised service is available at additional charge: (labour costs are at the producer’s side, a customer bears the cost of service‘s arrival and basic consumables – as per the table (appendix No. 1 of the Operation and Maintenance Manual).

Non-standard warranty:


- 36-month warranty period, not longer however than 7.000 of manhours
- 48-month warranty period, not longer however than 9.000 of manhours
- 60-month warranty period, not longer however than 11.000 of manhours

  • In case of non-standard warranty, the warranty service must be carried out by the producer’s authorised service.

  • A Customer is obliged to:
    • carry out the operation time register in a maintenance book.
    • record any fan’s malfunctions in a maintenance book and inform the producer’s authorised service respectively.
    • observe the dates of warranty inspections, notify a producer’s authorised service a week in advance on the approaching inspection date.
