In April 2009, new, numerically controlled spinning lathe produced by Danish NODI was installed in the production hall.
Machine capacities:
manufacturing of external flanges (pipe diameter from 250 to 1400 mm, sheet thickness up to 12 mm),
manufacturing of external reductions (of cone, radial or eliptical shape, pipe diameter from 250 to 1400 mm, sheet thickness up to 12 mm),
manufacturing of internal reductions (of radial or eliptical shape, material diameter up to 2200 mm, sheet thickness up to 12 mm),
drilling holes in flanges (10,12,14 and 19mm diameters),
manufacturing of additional flange (for material thickness up to 5 mm),
maximum length of machined pipe: 2500 mm.
In the production process, the spinning lathe allows achieving repeatability of manufactured products, maintaining high quality and precision of manufacturing. The lathe allows to manufacture the whole product from one element, thus time and materials can also be considerably saved.
