Maintenance and repair services – on the customer’s site:
  • warranty and post-warranty inspections within the scope agreed with a customer
  • measurement of fan’s vibrations
  • balancing the fan’s impeller in own bearings
  • inspection of fan’s condition:
    • - casing
    • - impeller
    • - frame and vibration insulator
    • - cleaning a fan (inside and outside)
    • - painting touch-ups
  • inspection of drive system’s condition:
    • - motor
    • - bearings
    • - coupling
    • - belt gear
  • performing necessary adjustments of the above fan’s elements
    • - lubrication of bearings
    • - change of drive belts (nap. 2)
    • - change of coupling’s rubber inserts (nap. 4)
  • inspection of the electrical connections’ condition.
Maintenance and repair services – on producer’s site:
  • flow and acoustic tests of fans
  • measurement of fan’s vibrations
  • measurement of drive system’s temperature (nap. 2 and 4)
  • control of casing’s and impeller’s conditions (NDT)
  • centrifugation of impellers
  • balancing of impellers
  • electrical measurements:
    • - measurement of motor insulation’s condition
    • - measurement of power and electric energy consumption
    • - measurement of creepage resistance
  • measurement of maximum temperature of fan’s surface depending on medium’s temperature
