Application

WOK fans are used in ventilation and cooling installations, in which the fan is connected to the ducts from inlet and outlet side, where it produces a forced air stream. The WOK fan meets the requirements for highly salted environments.

Impeller

The impeller has been designed with ability to adjust the angle of blades in order to adapt to the required parameters. Changing the blade angle setting allows to achieve different flow parameters within a certain range with the same impeller design. It is made of cast aluminium – the hub and blades separately. Thanks to using of aluminium alloy AIMg5Si which is resistant to severe environment conditions, the impeller maintain good mechanical properties in sea water and atmosphere, as well as in elevated temperatures.

Anticorrosive protection

A number of operations were used in order to increase corrosion resistance of the product as well as to ensure a high quality finish. All steel elements of the fan have can be subjected to: acid treatment, sand blasting and passivation.
