Allowable dust content must not exceed 0,3g\/m<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"en-US\">Construction<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Main elements of the set such as: impeller, casing, base frame are made of standard steel of ordinary quality. In corrosion and heat-corrosion resistant executions the impeller and casing are made of steel with increased resistance to corrosion. On client\u2019s request other kinds of steel can be used.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ATEX<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The explosion-proof fans are meant for operation in potentially explosive areas according to ATEX 94\/9\/WE directive.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Available executions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Zones 2 and 1 for gases (3G\/2G)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-US\">Zones 22 and 21 for dusts (3D\/2D)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Drives<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct drive (1) \u2013 up to 80\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Direct drive-C* (1) \u2013 up to 220\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Indirect belt drive (2) \u2013 up to 350\u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Indirect coupling drive (4) \u2013 up to 350\u00b0C<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Protection against corrosion<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Standard execution &#8211; painting with standard set of paints, C3 class, RAL 5009,<\/li>\n<li>Heat resistant execution &#8211; painting with a set of paints resistant to heat up to 350\u00b0C<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Options<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hot deep galvanizing<\/li>\n<li>Acid treatment<\/li>\n<li>Passivation<\/li>\n<li>Glass blasting<\/li>\n<li>Chemo-resistant painting<\/li>\n<li>Painting in C4 and C5 classes on Client\u2019s request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Motor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In standard the fans are driven by three-phase electric motors in IP55 execution, insulation class F, from world-renown producers.
