The construction of the mixer allows it to be installed vertically on furnace\u2019s vault.<\/p>\n<p>The mixer assembly consists of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>shaft mounted in bearing sets with diagnal impeller welded of plastically shaped steel plates<\/li>\n<li>body with insulated cover<\/li>\n<li>air cooler<\/li>\n<li>shaft sealing<\/li>\n<li>motor\u2019s belt gear<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aluminium impeller cooling a lower bearing shalf and sealing between body and shaft is encased on the shaft. All subassembies of the mixer are encased on the body with insulated cover.
