Your personal data will be processed on the basis of legal obligation (Art. 6 section 1, letter C of GDPR) in connection with Commercial Companies Code, in particular art. 341 of the Code of Commercial Companies and Partnerships in order to keep the share register, including issuing copies and extracts from share register, for a period of 10 years after deletion from the share register.
Categories of data recipients
We provide your personal data to entities with whom we cooperate for the purposes of providing our services e.g. notary’s office, post, courier, legal and IT services, as well as other external entities that demonstrate they are entitled to obtain the data.
Your personal data is not a subject to automated decision making, including profiling.
Rights of the data subject:
- The right to access your personal data i.e. the right to obtain confirmation whether the Administrator processes the data and information regarding such processing;
- The right to rectify the data if the data processed is incorrect or incomplete;
- The right to lodge a complaint to the President of Personal Data Protection Office or to supervisory authority of another European Union Member State competent for the place of habitual residence or work of data subject or the place of alleged violation of the GDPR or an action to a common court;
- The right mentioned in points a), b) can be exercised by contacting Personal Data Protection inspector (address provided above) or by contacting Nyborg-Mawent SA (address given above, with annotation “Personal data protection”).
