Camera for vibrations visualisation and analysis

Iris M™ Camera

This is the world’s first non-contact motion amplification system used by Nyborg-Mawent S.A during its research  and development works. The camera is used in the production and acceptance testing of fans.

The device helps to:

  • monitor the vibrations of various equipment in real time,
  • visualise the entire production process and find malfunctions in individual devices or other components that are part of the process,
  • capture the movement of machines, their displacements and vibrations that are invisible to the human eye,
  • provide targeted information on the process, equipment or anomalies that may occur,
  • verify the design solutions used and facilitate their optimisation,
  • prevent failures, search for malfunctions.

The videos captured by the camera are ready for analysis by staff in just a few seconds after being recorded, significantly reducing the time needed to verify the source of vibrations and take further repair or retrofitting steps. It takes millions of measurements without the need for physical contact with the machinery.
