Smart system of remote
diagnostics and data analysis
As a part of the research and development project we have developed and created a smart system of remote diagnostics of fan’s parameters. It is designed to collect and analyse the operating parameters recorded directly on the equipment in order to maintain its uninterrupted and efficient operation. This way, we provide an early-warning diagnostic system that monitors deviations of parameters from the optimal values and standards in operating equipment incorporated into a complete ventilation system, plant or production line.
The remote diagnostics system is used for:
- metering of equipment e.g.: fans in installations and long-term collection of machine parameters,
such as vibrations, temperature, flow, power consumption, - monitoring the operating parameters of the equipment on which it is mounted,
- monitoring the operating parameters of the entire plant, production line, technological processes,
- ensuring early detection of failures thanks to dynamic tracking of any deviations of operating parameters from optimal values and safe conditions for equipment operating within the installation e.g.: increased level of bearings’ vibrations, abnormally increased temperature, exceeding of rotational speeds, increased power consumption. The system is available on-line, allowing 24/7 monitoring of equipment parameters,
- providing on-line access to the results, allowing continuous monitoring of the equipment’s operating conditions,
- the system and sensors do not require any additional external power supply, which facilitates assembly
