MPV-D1 fans can be used in systems ranging from low outputs and medium pressure drops to high outputs and low pressure drops.
The fan works most effectively when the ventilation system’s resistance is connected to the outlet side of the fan.
MPV-D1 fan is equipped with guide vanes and D-type impeller with different blade angle for adaption to specific capacities and pressure values. The blade angle can be adjusted according to client’s needs.
Design
Many years of experience have contributed to the design simple in structure, with impeller mounted directly on the motor shaft, combining the best features of simplicity and reliability with the lowest possible price. In order to meet customer’s special requirements, special solutions such as spark proof designs are also available.
Execution
Axial fans are usually produced from hot-deep galvanized A-grade steel. Other materials, such as seawater resistant aluminium or stainless steel are available on request.
Impeller
Impellers are usually made of salt- and ammonia-resistant aluminium ,or plastic (polyamide). It is aerodynamically shaped and balanced.
Electric motor
Axial fans are usually supplied with standard squirrel cage induction electric motors. The fans can also be equipped with other types motors, such as explosion-proof or 2-speed motors.
